BASETECH Engine — Master Service Agreement

1. Service Scope & Setup Deliverables

BASETECH provides complete ecommerce storefront setup based strictly upon the plan tier selected during checkout (Starter, Business, or Professional). Setup includes product upload up to the plan quota, WhatsApp ordering integration, catalog taxonomy, image cleanup, responsive mobile optimization, and live Cloudflare deployment.

2. Turnaround & Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery turnaround is 7–15 business days for Starter, 5–9 business days for Business, and 3–7 business days for Professional. Where Urgent Fast-Track Delivery is selected, delivery turnaround is guaranteed as follows: Starter (exact 3 days), Business (exact 2 days), and Professional (exact 24 hours / 1 day) from payment verification.

3. Operating & Support Hours

All support, catalog management, customer communications, and technical updates occur strictly within operational business hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT). Communications received outside these hours will be handled during the next business window.

4. Non-Refundable Advance Payment Consideration

All payments made are 100% advance consideration for custom digital architecture, software configuration, and engineering labor. Because custom engineering labor and intellectual configuration cannot be returned or undone, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Operational Add-on Services

Where Basic Platform Care (PKR 2,000/mo) or Full Store Management (PKR 5,000/mo) is selected, services cover ongoing store hosting, database backups, and catalog updates (up to 25 products/month on Full Management). Monthly retainers cover routine operations and do not include ground-up redesigns or custom backend coding.

6. Commercial Disclaimer & Performance Disavowal

BASETECH provides software engineering and technical storefront deployment only. BASETECH makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding customer sales volume, commercial revenue, advertising ROI, or business success. Business outcomes are strictly the sole responsibility of the client.

7. Electronic Evidence & Tamper-Evident Integrity

Pursuant to Pakistan's Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, this checkout records client affirmative consent, transactional parameters, and technical audit metadata. A cryptographic SHA-256 hash of the transaction snapshot is stored permanently to establish an immutable, tamper-evident record of the exact terms accepted at the time of purchase.
